Corruption, looting, mismanagement, and bad governance of the past 50 years paved the way for fundamentalism and extremism to take roots in Pakistan Huge gap between the Rich and the Poor, Extreme Poverty, Joblessness, destruction of Educational system and depletion of the Industrial and Manufacturing sector had taken Pakistan backwards. Last 8 years have seen great progress in most developmental sectors and the turnaround is easily visible to those who have no personal agenda. Pakistan needs a Civilian Government with the Discipline, Integrity, Unity, Strength and hard work of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.

PAL-C's commitment to building awareness and educating Members of Congress on issues important to Pakistani Americans have made it a reputable and recognized name on Capitol Hill with an office right next door to the Heritage Foundation. Without the continued support of the community to such an important cause, PAL-C will not be able to reach its ultimate potential – a loss that will affect each and every Pakistani American today and in the future.
