Glimpses of the Revissant & Unique Elegance Expo in Long Beach
Long Beach, CA: Once again dynamic duo Ravissant & Unique Elegance came together to stage a spectacular Bridal expo at Long Beach, CA
Unique Elegance’s Owner Sheryal Rozzelle and Ravissant’s Rita Kotecha gracefully moved about the crowd chatting happily with the vendors and attendees of the expo.
“I have been in this business of coordinating weddings and events for12 years. I started with Middle Eastern weddings and expanded to Indian weddings for over seven years and have been putting on this kind of Expo for four years.” explained Sheryal in an interview with Pakistan link.
French –Lebanese Sheryal Rozzelle is an all out wedding coordinator and in the four years of putting on the show with African born Rita Kotecha thoroughly enjoys her creative work.
Rita Kotecha of Ravissant and Indian weddings.com was born in the Congo Africa and along with her Dubai-based brother Mehul runs a flourishing family business .This not only comprises of elaborately designed wedding cards and invitations but extends to the other facets of wedding arrangements such as location and catering.
Moving on to the actual venue… this was meticulously coordinated, by 3D sounds an advanced techno company for music, djs, lighting and show set up. 3 D’s latest eastern mixes coupled with their stage setting were impressive in their clarity and faultlessness.
The crowd marveled at a fashion show put on by Frontier Heritage, interspersed with Farah’s Mirage Belly dance group, Needle free Pugs and Dhamaka performing Bhangra and dhol.
The beautiful eye-catching dancers and models were sure crowd pleasers, causing cameras to click incessantly.
Pastry chef Najmia Manjoo-Ali’s Delectable petite cakes by Wild flour cakes, were mouth watering, and after sampling some, simply had to be mentioned. Shreem spices and foods made the most delicious hors d’oevres.
Table Truffle, Robles Video, Golden Globe Travel, Sheer Romance and Dream Décor, were busy with a constant stream of admirers and customers.
Repertoire’s Couture Ensembles and Fusion’s exotic linens were also a part of the razz- a-matazz of the afternoon.
Shahin of SNS designs boasted a beautiful array of Indian and Pakistani jewelry, tempting me to stop and buy!
Bridal makeovers and beauty treatments were available by Neha, Touch of Beauty, Isolaz and American laser.
Transportation, how about Lightning Limos for the occasion? Or as an alternate try a traditional horse and carriage by Enchanted Carriages. The latter, owned by Susan and William, said that business was good.
One cannot help but admire the overall social event that the Ravissant & Unique Elegance duo arranged for potential brides, their families and onlookers. Their ensemble encompassing ingredients of style and technique, left people with a feeling of a well spent Sunday afternoon.
