Mrs. Jamila Khan, mother-in-law of Mr. Ahmed Ali, former COPAA chief and a prominent member of the community, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 14, 2008. Inna lillahay wa inna elahey rajaoon.
Namaz-e-Janaza was offered on Tuesday January 15 at the Islamic Society of Orange County, Garden Grove, CA, and she was buried in the Westminister graveyard.
Soyem for the departed soul was held at the residence of Mr. Ahmed Ali and Mrs. Parveen Ali.
May Allah bless her soul and grant her makhfirat. May He also give courage to the bereaved family to bear the loss. (Ameen).
