Balochistan Earthquake Relief Fund

 

Los Angeles, CA:  The devastation caused by the earthquake on 29 October 2008 in Quetta,  Ziarat, Chaman and Pishin Districts in Balochistan has resulted in loss of precious lives, serious injuries, and large-scale destruction of homes. 

 The Government of Pakistan has taken all possible measures to alleviate the sufferings of the quake victims.  With the severe winter season and below freezing temperatures, the people in affected areas are in dire need of help in the shape of medical supplies, tents, blankets and financial assistance. 

As on previous occasions, the generous Pakistani-American community has shown keen interest to help the earthquake victims.  In order to facilitate their task
