Admerasia’s Media Event in Los Angeles Aims at Generating
Business Opportunities for Agency and Ethnic Media
Admerasia’s Meet & Greet event for ethnic media was held on Friday, September 23 rd, 2011 at Pasadena Conference Center. Other Meet & Greet events were already held in New York on September 9 th and San Francisco on September 22 nd.
The Media team of Admerasia hosted this one-of-a-kind event to discuss the vital relationship of the ad agency with the ethnic media in terms of planning effective advertising efforts targeting the multicultural market.
“It’s an opportunity for both sides to network, learn from each other and work together to plan effective advertising efforts,” says Doris Huang, Media Director of Admerasia.
Admerasia discussed the media planning and buying process to better acquaint the ethnic media about its business while giving the latter an opportunity to pitch proposals to grow their business. The agenda included discussions on advertising formats—the traditional formats such as TV, radio and print, while also exploring the potential of the latest media formats such as digital and social media.
In the Media presentation, Huang lead as the resource speakers. She brings 10 years of media experience working for such clients as McDonald’s, Nissan, Infiniti, Citibank, Lowe’s, Foxwoods, MassMutual, & P&G.
