Arshad Shami Passes away
Mr Arshad Shami, a senior Pakistani journalist and sports writer, has died in Phoenix.
Inna lillahe wa inna elehae rajaoon.
He served the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) and the Karachi Electric Supply Corporation with distinction. He also made his mark as an all-rounder in national cricket.
Off and on Mr Shami wrote insightful and interesting articles in Pakistan Link which were avidly read.
May his soul rest in peace and God grant the bereaved family courage and fortitude to bear the loss. (Ameen)
