The purpose of the Shura Council's annual conference, the Quran's Response to Modern Challenges , is to examine the new norms, such as peace versus war, love versus hate, greater good versus greed, etc., says an announcement. It adds: Quranic responses to these perennial challenges we hope will help us navigate in our contemporary times. So join us at this important event on Saturday March 1st.
The Shura Council welcomes you on Saturday, the 1st of March to meet and listen to a great lineup of speakers from Southern California as well as from overseas, such as, Dr Tariq Ramadan , Sr Muslema Purmul , Dr Abdalla Idris Ali , Dr Imad Bayoun and many others.
