I have been writing on how to invest in this world, for the comfort and luxury of this world and purely for worldly gains. Today I decided to write about investing in the life that will never end; this investment has no risks, no chances of any losses and possibilities are that the profits could not just double or triple the investment but perhaps thousands times more. I am talking about investing in the way of Allah SWT, investing in humanity purely for the pleasure of Allah SWT, investing in the poor and needy, investing in orphans to seek Allah’s happiness and the best time of this investment is now - the month we are in, the holy month of Ramadan.
After having invested so much of my wealth only to gain financial benefits in this world, I decided to invest in the way of Allah SWT and get the best ever reward on the judgment day. While people are fleeing Pakistan due to the security issues, risks to their lives and for many other challenges faced on daily basis, I on the other hand decided to leave my comfortable life in America which I lived for more than 57 years, leave my family, my daughters, my five grandchildren and my friends behind only for one reason: to help build orphan girls’ future which will help me to build my future in the life hereafter.
Most of us are so busy with our daily routine that we sometimes do not realize what we are missing on. We might be successful business people, investment gurus and best at how to double our wealth but we often miss the opportunities Allah SWT has given us to build our accounts and increase the figures in those accounts that He maintains. That market, I can 100% assure you, will never crash, bubbles and there is not a single chance of any error in His system. Every single penny invested He will reward you for that as long as the intention is to please Allah SWT.
We are extremely lucky that we have been able to experience another Ramadan. This month is just like that particular moment in the stock market when you have a chance to buy shares that will give you extraordinary return on your investment. Anything that we do in this month to seek Allah’s blessings and His pleasure has more value than in normal days.
This is the time when we can overcome our weaknesses and be closer to Allah SWT by investing in His way. Wise investment is the one that will give you more benefits for a longer period and that is what you get exactly when you give part of your wealth in Allah SWT’s way.
