MIC Helpline 24/7 Annual Fundraiser

Madina Islamic Center ( MIC) seeks your gracious endorsement at our MIC- Helpline 24/7 Annual Fundraiser on December 20th 2015 at the Guest House Hotel, 12500 Firestone Blvd, Norwalk, CA 90650.

MIC is the only local Islamic ctr, which provides 24/7 Helpline not only for our community members but for the populace at large.

 

MIC was established in 2001 and during the course of the last 14 years has helped approximately 500 families during testing times, such as:

1. Emergency burial services (at no charge to the families).

2. Cash Assistance to the deserving (facing eviction, foreclosure, loss of job, etc.).

3. Tuition Assistance/Loans (from undergrad to medical schools).

4. Family Counseling.

5. Immigration Counseling Aid.

6. Temporary Shelters in Motels to homeless families specially single mothers with kids.

7. Grocery delivery at homes.

These services were provided with the contributions of a few community members. We were Alhumdulilah able to accomplish the above without soliciting any grants from any Government or any other organization.
