CAIR-LA 21st Annual Banquet Host & Speaker: Roula Allouch
CAIR-LA is excited to announce Roula Allouch as the host and featured speaker for CAIR-LA's 21st Annual Banquet, says a press release. It adds: Roula Allouch is the chair of CAIR's national board. Previously, she served as president of CAIR's Cincinnati chapter board from 2008 to 2013.
Roula is an attorney practicing in Ohio and Kentucky, where she focuses on employment law, insurance defense and general civil litigation. Roula earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 2002, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor of business administration in economics, and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2006. She was named a Rising Star by the Cincinnati YWCA in 2015 and featured in Cincinnati Magazine’s “The Future of Cincinnati: Ones to Watch” 2015 issue.
“I've always been driven by the need to serve. As a result, I have specifically focused on civil rights for all people. It comes from my religious beliefs and an obligation on all of us to help our fellow human beings. We are all one, and the more we focus on our common humanity, the better off we all are. As an attorney, I find an additional calling to public service through the use of my legal background to serve the community.”
