Seventh Joint Masjid Basketball Tournament
On September 30th, 2018, 35 teams from various mosques of Southern California got together to participate in the Seventh Joint Masjid Basketball Tournament.
The tournament was organized by the Southern California Muslim Community Organization. It was held at the Momentum Sports Center, Irvine.
Rules and regulation lead, Dr Azeem Syed, extended a warm welcome to the players and the audience. He explained the rules and format of the tournament to the players.
SCMCO President Dawar Naqvi thanked everyone for their contribution. He thanked Allah for making this program successful. His team was consisted of Dr Azeem Syed (Shura Council), Abdul Jabbar (ICSB), Saad Bholat (IIT), Ali Molai (ICN), Imran Ahmed (IIOC), Hamza Lakhani (ICYL), Samir Zayyad (AUCSCV/UCSC), Ahmad Almutawa (ISOC), Kabir Zakarya (ICOI) and Naseer Sharif (ICYL).
