New Shura Board Members
The Shura Council has announced “its newest board members to the community, Ms Azizah Ali-Regan, Islah-LA, Sh Tarik Ata, OCIF, and Ms Deana Helmy, ICNA Relief SoCal.
In a statement the Shura Council added: “We also to thank our outgoing Board members, Imam Wali Fardan, Masjidul Taqwa SD, and Ms Fauzia Rizvi, ISCN. Board Chair, Mr Owaiz Dadabhoy, Uplift Charity, has stepped down from his role on the Shura board. He will continue to work with Shura’s Muslim Charities Assoc. (MCA) and Credit Union.
“We thank all of the outgoing board members for their dedicated service and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.”
