Hashem Alshilleh aka Abu Ahmed Passes away
Brother Hashem Alshilleh, known to the community as Abu Ahmed, passed away last week. Inna lil-Allahe wa-inna Elhi rajeeon. He is survived by his wife and five children. His Janazah prayer was on Saturday, January 9, 2021, at Westminster Memorial Park.
Abu Ahmed had been working devotedly at the ISOC Mortuary for several years and helped with transportation of remains; he would be alongside family members helping with giving ghusl to male decedents and guiding families throughout the burial process. Many families appreciated and were grateful for the heartfelt duas that he would make at the graveside for the deceased.
Please make Dua' for his Maghfirah. May Allah (SWT) forgive all of his shortcomings. May Allah (SWT) place him in Jannah in the company of our Prophet (SAW). May Allah (SWT) give Sabr Jameel (best of patience) to his entire family. Ameen. - ICSGV
