American Psychiatrist Association Honors PAGB

After successfully conducting post-Covid mental and behavioral health advocacy sessions last year under a grant by the The Boston Foundation, spearheaded by Batool Kazim MD and coordinated by our past-President Siraj Khan, we are proud to report that this year PAGB has been awarded yet another grant, this time by American Psychiatric Association.

This grant is youth-focused and will run up to end-February 2024. We are working with several groups in schools and now that the academic institutions have reopened after summer, sessions with Islamic Centers and one with Harvard Divinity School are already under way.
