Target killers have no political affiliation: Malik
ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that accused, arrested in target killings, have no political affiliations, Geo News reported.Talking to media outside the parliament house, Malik said arrested terrorists had been expelled from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) some time back.
Referring to extortion in Karachi, the minister said law enforcement agencies were facing hurdles in apprehending the accused as the EMI of around 500 phone calls was the same.
To a question about Samjhota Express, Rehman Malik said Pakistan had received the report in this regard and would be presented before media at appropriate time.
