KL Bill for keeping on drone strikes: Rana
PINDI BHATYAN: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Sunday said the aim of Kerry-Lugar Bill is to ensure silence on the issue of drone strikes and called for rejecting the Bill.Talking to media here, the provincial Law Minister said the presence of NATO forces instigates Taliban and al-Qaeda to engage in terrorists activities.
“The NATO forces should immediately leave the region and the drone attacks must be stopped forthwith,” he demanded.
He said the Chief of Army Staff went on record to say that Pak Army is capable of stopping the drone strikes.
To a question, Rana Sanaullah said Pakistan People’s Party’s reference is only for a show and to collect sympathies.
