NRO review case hearing adjourned for two weeks
ISLAMABAD: NRO review case hearing Tuesday adjourned for two weeks owing to the absence of Justice Tassadaq Hussain, failing to make the 17-judge full court, Geo News reported.Justice Hussain is unwell, according to the Chief Justice, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
The law ministry’s Solicitor General, Nasir Ali Shah has submitted a reply to the show-cause notice.
The Attorney General said that the government’s stance on the replacement of the lawyer on the NRO review case has not changed. The federation has also not allowed Attorney General to plead the case.
