MQM against division of Sindh: spokesman
KARACHI: Spokesman of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), reacting to the statement of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif in connection with formation of a new province in Sindh, clarified that MQM is against the division of Sindh.
Talking to Geo News, MQM spokesman Qasim Ali Raza described the statement of Punjab Chief Minister for carving out of new provinces in Sindh as irrational.
He said there was no movement in Sindh for the separation of Karachi as a new province.
“The people of Karachi love the land of Sindh and the inhabitants of this province want to live together,” the MQM spokesman said.
