LHC defers hearing of Moonis bail pleas
LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) deferred till next week hearing on the bail petition of Moonis Elahi in the NICL scam, Geo News reported on Thursday.The court in its remarks said Chaudhry Moonis Elahi was also in the process of filing a petition for seeking his bail. The court would combine Moonis Elahi and Muhammad Malik’s petitions and hold a joint hearing, LHC added.
