Drones against Pak integrity, must stop: Rabbani
ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan National Security Committee, Raza Rabbani Friday said drone strikes were against the integrity of Pakistan, and that they must be halted, Geo News reported.
Talking to media after presiding over the committee’s in-camera meeting here, Raza Rabbani said the Foreign Office had been asked to inform about the implementation on the Committee’s recommendations.
He said the Committee had made 63 recommendations.
“Pakistan has changed its tone after the recent drone strikes,” he pointed out.
Raza Rabbani said a briefing was made on Pakistan’s relations with the neighboring countries including Inida and China besides Saudi Arabia.
He said relations with Afghanistan had registered improvement.
Briefing was also given on government’s stance in the backdrop of a perception of some members in connection with Pakistan’s relations with the US not improving on a pace compared to the past.
