Pakistan demands action against Nato attack perpetrators

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan refused to bow down to the pressure and said the perpetrators of the attack on the Salala check-post be brought to book, Geo News reported.

Referring to the Nato border attack issue the spokesperson said: "Our demand of action against those responsible for the Nato attack on border post still persists".

The Foreign Office in a media briefing asked the US for evidences so that a legal process could be initiated against Hafiz Mohammad Saeed, the founder of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).

The US made an announcement on Monday that the US was putting a $10 million bounty on the founder of the LeT Hafiz Saeed.

In connection with President Asif Ali Zardari's upcoming visit to India, he said the president would discuss bilateral matters with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
