President Zarrdari orders indiscriminate action against criminals
KARACHI: President Asif Ali Zardari Monday directed to take indiscriminate action against the criminals following steps to identify these elements.The president was chairing a meeting of coalition partners at the Bilawal House to review the law and order situation in Sindh.
During the meeting, President Zardari also directed coalition partners to form a peace coordination committee to be headed by Chief Minister Sindh.
The meeting, which was also attended by Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan and Federal Interior Minister deliberated upon matters related to the province.
Pakistan People's Party (PPP) was represented by Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Agha Siraj Durrani and Manzoor Wassan while Farooq Sattar, Babar Ghouri and Raza Haroon attended the meeting from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) side.
Awami National Party's (ANP) Shahi Sayed and Bashir were also present.
