All angles of Bhoja Airline’s crash will be investigated: Capt Mujahid
ISLAMABAD: The head of the investigation team tasked with probing the Bhoja Airline’s crash Captain Mujahid Islam said Monday that all angles of the incident will be investigated.
“All important evidence in the crash has been obtained and persevered and the next phase will be its analysis,” Mujahid said.
The team continued collecting evidence from the site of crash and will investigate human error, bad weather, sabotage and other reasons which might have led to the crash.
The team will also compare its findings with the evidence obtained from the flight’s data recorder.
On April 20, 2012 a Bhoja Airline’s plane crashed on the outskirts of Islamabad claiming the lives of all 127 passengers and crew on board.
A three member team comprising of officials from the Civil Aviation Authority was formed to probe the crash. Apart from this, a judicial commission has also been formed on the directives of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani.
