NICL Scam: SC seeks bail records of Amin Fahim, Mohsin Warriach
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has sought bail records of former Commerce Minister Amin Fahim and Mohsin Warriach in the NICL scam case.
During proceedings, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry asked how bail was being granted without the suspects being presented before the court. The legal director of the FIA informed the court that Amin Fahim and Mohsin Warriach had been granted bail by the Sindh High Court and Islamabad High Court.
Chief Justice Chaudhry directed that DG FIA should take action against those individuals guilty of negligence in the case.
