Top military brass reviews securityRAWALPINDI: The 70th Formation Commanders’ Conference which concluded on Thursday was given comprehensive briefings on external and internal security environment and professional matters. The half-yearly conference was chaired by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and attended by corps commanders, principal staff officers and all formation commanders. It also discussed plans to provide security during the May elections, as asked for by the Election Commission of Pakistan. staff report
