Musharraf will be arrested come what may, says govt
ISLAMABAD: Rejecting speculations of outbreak of anarchy in the country, caretaker Federal Minister for Information Arif Nizami on Thursday said that the court orders to arrest former president Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf would be followed, come what may. “Musharraf’s arrest will not plunge Pakistan into anarchy. Such apprehensions will prove to be false alarms, as they hold no water,” said Nizami during a media talk. He said the orders of the Islamabad High Court would be implemented in letter and spirit. inp
