Election campaigns in full swing as polls draw near
KARACHI: Election campaign of political parties is underway in full swing across the country after final list of the candidates was issued by the Election Commission of Pakistan, Geo News reported.
In this regard, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan will set stage in D.I Khan, while Abdul Qadir Gilani of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) will address public gathering in Kurk.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will stage rally in Mianwali to respond Imran Khan’s meeting in Lahore. Former Punjab chief minister Shahbaz Sharif will lead it.
PPP will also held election rally in Lahore. Aitzaz Ahsan and Bushra Aitzaz will address it.
Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) will begin its election campaign with rally in Karachi. Kamran Tisori will address the gathering.
