CEC urged to take notice of President’s character assassinationISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari is being subjected to a vicious character assassination and the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) should take notice of it, said the presidency in a letter sent to the CEC on Wednesday here, Geo News reported.
The President because of his position keeping silence, while the political vilifications continuing against him, said the letter.
The letter further urged upon the CEC to take notice of such political statements.
