‘Musharraf to leave Pakistan in 10 days’
KARACHI – Sindh Minister for Prisons Manzoor Wassan on Tuesday predicted that former president Pervez Musharraf – who recently shifted to Karachi – will leave Pakistan within next 10 days.
Talking to a private TV channel, he said that nobody has the power to stop Musharraf who he said will be in some foreign country in the next 10 days. If Musharraf succeeded in leaving the country then the federal government would be fully responsible for it, he said.
On Monday, the Sindh High Court directed the interior secretary and other official respondents to submit their replies on a petition of Pervez Musharraf against the restriction on his travel out of Pakistan.
All Pakistan Muslim League central leader Ahmed Raza Kasuri already refuted the rumours regarding the exit of the former president, and said that Musharraf would not leave Pakistan as Nawaz Sharif did.
