Power shortfall reaches to 5,200 MW
LAHORE: The duration of load shedding has been increased with the increase in power shortfall, which has been reached to 5,200 MW. However, PEPCO officials said the shortfall is stands at 4319 MW.PEPCO sources said shortfall has been increased due to rise in demand and less production. The production is 9,900 MW whereas demand is 15,100 MW. PEPCO has increased the duration of unannounced load shedding in all big and small cities including Lahore.
