Protests against loadshedding continue unabated
KASUR: Responding to the appeal of main trade federation, the people of Kasur and Chonian observed shutter down strike against prolonged power cuts on Thursday.In Kasur, the enraged people held demonstration and placed banners inscribed with anti-Wapda slogans across the city.
According to traders, the business community was being murdered economically due to ongoing power crisis.
They said even the Chief Minister of Punjab was also trying to offer ‘lolipop’ to the businessmen of Islamabad.
