SHC declares cases against Jatois as void
KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has declared three cases registered against former Chief Minister Liaquat Jatoi and his brother Sadaqat Jatoi as void whereas decision on fourth case will be announced later.Two-member bench consisting Chief Justice SHC Justice Sarmad Jalal Usmani and Justice Zahid Hamid heard the case.
The lawyer of petitioner Abdul Sattar Pirzada said that constitutional petition has been filed for the declaration of cases as void and if police want eliminate the cases, it is better that court itself declared the cases void. The fourth case will likely declare void in the next hearing.
