Action alone cannot solve Karachi security situation: Wasan
KARACHI: Sindh Home Minister, Manzoor Wasan said Monday that action alone could not solve the security situation in Karachi and the government would consult political stakeholders, Geo News reported.
Speaking to the media after touring the Home Ministry, Wasan said talks alone would not solve the problem but concrete measures would have to be taken. According to Wasan, 10-12 people were being killed in the city on a daily basis and no deadline for the restoration of peace could be given. Wasan informed the media that he would be meeting with the delegations of MQM and ANP on Monday.
