‘Pakistan, Qatar have everlasting ties’

KARACHI: Ali Bin Abdullah Bin Thani Al-Thani, a member of Royal family of Qatar, has said Pakistan and Qatar had everlasting relationship and they would further be strengthened for investment.

This he said while talking to a group of journalists at a programme, held here on Saturday. A delegation from Qatar, headed by Al-Thani, left Pakistan after having fruitfull discussions with President Asif Ali Zardari on different bilateral issues at a recent meeting.

The delegation headed by member of the Supreme Council of the Royal Family of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Ali Bin Abdullah Thani Al-Thani along with Sheikh Khalid Al-Thani, member of ruling family and other state high ups, highly emphasised for boosting Pakistan and Qatar bilateral relations in economic and other areas of mutual interest.

Issues relating to Qatar International Islamic Bank and the projects being undertaken in Layyah and Dadu district by Qatari charity organisation RAF also came under discussion.
