No hesitation in action for protecting people: Malik
KARACHI: Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Tuesday said providing protection to the people is responsibility of the government and it will not hesitate to take any action in this regard. He said this while talking to President Awami National Party (ANP) Sindh Shahi Syed at the Crisis Management Cell here. Malik expressed gratitude to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and ANP for playing a role to restore peace in the metropolis. Talking to Malik, Syed discussed the obtaining situation in the country with him and said we believe in peaceful politics. Syed said he agrees to playing a role along with MQM, PPP and all political parties for the cause of peace in Karachi. Syed appealed to the people of Pakhtoon community to remain calm. app
