Malik vows to control Karachi situationKARACHI: The government would take strict action against the miscreants without any discrimination to control the lawlessness in the metropolis.
Interior Minister Rehman Malik, while talking to media persons on his arrival here at the Jinnah International Terminal on Thursday, stated this. Malik said, “We are deeply concerned over the law and order situation in our city and government will take very stringent measures against the miscreants without any discrimination”. He said he would discuss the issue with the Sindh governor and chief minister. Later, Malik also held meetings with the Sindh chief minister. He will also meet the top officials of provincial government to discuss the deteriorating law and order situation of Karachi. staff report
