Passport Scandal: JIT will travel to London
ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik said Wednesday the passport scandal was being investigated and the FIA's Joint Investigation Team (JIT) would soon travel to London.
Speaking to the media outside parliament, Malik added that the JIT would meet with Muhammad Ali Asad. According to Malik, the process of arresting Abid Chaudhry and Raqeeb was underway.
The interior minister also told reporters that Abid Chaudhry, Raqeeb and Muhammad Ali Asad lived in the same neighbourhood.
