No death threat made to Imran: TTP
PESHAWAR: The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has denied reports in the media that they had threatened to kill Imran Khan if he came to Waziristan.TTP spokesman Ihsan-ullah-Ihsan said he was misquoted in an interview to a foreign news agency.
The spokesman claimed that when asked about Imran Khan’s visit to Waziristan he replied that the TTP Shura would decide on the course of action. He clarified that the TTP had no sympathy for Imran Khan nor did they need his sympathy.
The spokesman for the TTP further said that Imran Khan claimed to be a liberal and they considered liberals and infidels.
