B'stan: Kaira says provincial govt responsible for law, order
QUETTA: Member Special Cabinet Committee on Balochistan, Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira has said that provincial government is responsible to maintaining law and order, Geo News reported.Talking to media men on his arrival at Quetta airport alongwith other members Farooq H Naek and Sardar Umer Gorgage, Kaira said the committee would present its proposals in the federal cabinet after consultation with provincial officials concerned, institutions and people.
The minister said the federal government is supporting the province in maintaining law and order situation.
The issue of provincial autonomy has been resolved in Balochistan, he said added that the slogan of independence by some elements is not tolerable.
