NWA curfew routine action: PA
MIRANSHAH: The Political Administration (PA) of North Waziristan Agency (NWA) Political Administration has denied that there is any sort of operation and termed the clamping of curfew a routine action.
Meanwhile the Utmanzai tribes and Taliban have decided to cross over to Afghanistan in case of an operation.
Sources privy to NWA political administration told Geo News that the clamping of curfew at Bannu- Miranshah road Nalwara Mandi was a routine action.
Earlier, a two day a week curfew remained clamped for the safe passage of army convoys, however, now only on Sunday a curfew remains’ imposed.
On the other hand, Utmanzai tribes and Taliban Shoora have expressed their concern in a joint Jirga over reports about a possible operation and have termed this a violation of the accord between the tribes and the government.
A committee of the elders has also been constituted for making contact with the government, army and political administration.
