NA to debate accountability bill, minorities’ seats

ISLAMABAD: The forthcoming session of the National Assembly will take up the accountability bill as well as the issue of increase in the number of seats for minorities in proportion to their population.
Religious Affairs Minister and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chief whip in National Assembly Khursheed Shah said this in a meeting with Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf at the Prime Minister’s House.
The meeting discussed the current political situation as well as the legislative business during the forthcoming session of the National Assembly, summoned by the president on September 3.
