Pakistan is against drone attacks, says Khar
TEHRAN: Pakistan has reiterated its demand to the US to immediately stop drone attacks, terming them illegal.
In an interview with a television station prior to the Non-Aligned Movement Summit here on Thursday, Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar said that drone attacks are illegal, adding that Pakistan’s point of view has always remained against them.
She said that the Pakistani parliament is also against the drone attacks. Talks with US are underway to sort out alternatives for countering terrorism, Khar added.
