Low, medium flood recorded in Indus, Kabul & Ravi
LAHORE: Flood Forecasting Division (FFD) has recorded low and medium flood at some places in River Indus, Kabul and Ravi, Geo News reported.
According to FFD, due to heavy rain in upper and other parts of the country water level has increased in the rivers. It said the medium flood has been recorded at Chashma in Indus river and at Nowshera in Kabul river.
The Indus River was flowing in low flood at Tarbela, Kalabagh, Tonsa, Guddu and Sukkur while Ravi at Shahdara.
Meanwhile, medium to high flood has been forecast in Indus and Kabul rivers at Kalabagh, Chashma and Nowshera respectively during next 24 hours.
