Eid Day 3: People throng to recreational spots
KARACHI/PESHAWAR/SARGODHA/THATTA: Even on the third day of Eid, people are seen thronging to recreational spots, Eid melas, fun-land parks, water-parks, lakes, beaches and other places of enjoyment according to their convenience and reach, Geo News reported.
The third and last day of Eid mela and 348th Urs of Hazrat Habib Sultan Lngiana at Qasba Dharima of Sargodha is at its peak, where a large number of visitors are paying homage to the saint, while other members of the family including children enjoying the recreational items of their tastes such as horse’s dance, kabaddi competition etc available at the mela.
Thatta Kinjhar Lake because of its scenic beauty and clean environment has been an all season hot spot for spending leisure time and holidaying. The Eid revelers coming as far as Karachi have brought their sufficient stock of food , well prepared for passing the whole day eating, drinking and playing in the pleasant weather and environment.
In Faisalabad, the women and children are seen enjoying and rocking on swings at the fun-land, where the owners taking advantage of the huge demand charging whimsical rent and the children with pocketful of Eidi are readily paying for it.
The people of Peshawar like other cities and towns across the country are also seen holidaying on the third day of Eid, where parks showing houseful with men, women and children since early morning.
Cinema houses all across the country are also seen throbbing with life, as the movies released on the eve of Eid are attracting huge crowds and doing record business. Long queues of cinema fans keep waiting for the tickets even hours before the starting time of the shows.
