No efforts be spared to protect people from dengue: CM
LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif Sunday said no efforts be spared to provide protection to the people from dengue, directing the dengue monitoring committees not to commit any negligence.
In a statement issued on the occasion of Anti-Dengue Day, the CM welcomed the commitment of state departments, educational institutions and non-governmental organizations towards uprooting the disease.
He said implementation on a coordinated program is being ensured to deal with the menace of dengue in big cities including Lahore. “The battle against dengue fever will continue till its complete elimination,” he pledged.
