Imran Khan says will issue white paper on election rigging

KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan has said that his party will issue a white paper on August 21st on election rigging.

Speaking to media here on Sunday, Khan alleged that returning officers were involved in rigging during May 11 general elections.

He claimed that local government system in Khyber Pakhunkhwa would be a role model for the country.

Imran Khan demanded that army be deployed during the by-polls.

Commenting over the situation in Egypt, he said that democracy has been subjected to oppression in that country.
