PML-N terms it bid to influence by-polls
ISLAMABAD: Rejecting the white paper issued by PTI chief Imran Khan over alleged election rigging, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Wednesday termed the unveiling of the so-called evidence an attempt to influence by-elections. In a statement, PML-N spokesman Asim Khan said that Imran was trying to influence by-polls, and urged the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to take notice of the PTI chairman’s press conference in Islamabad, in which he had hit at the returning officers. Asim Khan said the government had formed a parliamentary committee to investigate allegations of rigging in the general election. staff report
