Three-judge SC bench constituted to hear Imran Khan contempt case
ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan has been constituted to hear contempt of court case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan, sources said Thursday
The bench comprises Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain.
The apex court will resume hearing of the case on August 28. Sources said that a new bench has been constituted which didn’t include Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry due to his engagements in Quetta.
