US to help Pak fight terror: Kerry
ISLAMABAD: US Secretary of State John Kerry reaffirmed Washington’s resolve to continue to help Pakistan in the war on terror. According to media reports, the US secretary telephoned Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday and assured that Washington would not leave Pakistan alone in the war on terror. Both leaders exchanged views on the security situation of the region and Hamid Karzai’s visit to Pakistan. Increasing tension on the Line of Control (LoC) also came under discussion. online
