CJ to retire on August 16
Justice Jawwad S Khawaja will be new chief justice

ISLAMABAD - Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk will retire on August 16 after serving as judge and the chief justice of Pakistan for more than a decade.

Justice Jawwad S Khawaja will take oath as the new chief justice on August 17. President Mamnoon Hussain will administer oath to Justice Jawwad S Khawaja. The oath taking ceremony will be held at the Presidency.
